Do you perform the official technical-mechanical review (RTM)?

No. The RTM is carried out only by an authorized CDA. Élite-Car offers a pre-inspection check so you can arrive at the CDA prepared.

Do the estimates include parts?

Estimates cover workshop labor. Parts and fluids depend on your exact vehicle and are quoted separately.

Does choosing a preferred date book an appointment?

No. The date you choose is a request. The workshop replies to confirm a time.

Where are my briefs stored?

On your own device. The app has no account and no cloud sync; nothing is sent until you open your email app or call.

My car can't be driven. What should I do?

Mark it in the brief and call the workshop to agree how the vehicle will get there.

How are labor estimates calculated?

Each service shows a labor range in Colombian pesos. A tune-up is priced by the number of cylinders, brake pads and shock absorbers by axle, and repairs whose scope depends on inspection are quoted by the workshop.

Why does the maintenance page ask for my odometer?

Most maintenance is due by distance or time. With your current odometer and the kilometres or month of the last service, the page shows what is overdue, due soon or not due yet. Typical intervals. Your owner's manual takes priority.

Can I use the planner without creating an account?

Yes. The planner on this site and the Android app work without an account. Briefs stay on your own device or browser until you choose to email or call.
